National Insurance Services of North America, Inc., (NISONA) is owned by Doug Jones, who began working in the insurance industry in 1984 as a captive agent for an insurance company. After several years, Doug realized he could offer more to his clients as a broker. He established NISONA as an independent insurance brokerage firm in order to provide clients with coverage options from numerous insurance carriers rather than a select few.
